Fred Griffin, Jr. is a proud husband to his lovely wife Dantrell Griffin; father of two beautiful daughters. In 2013, Touching Heart's Group Homes, LLC was discovered by Fred Griffin, Jr. Growing up as a young boy in the small town of Eustis, FL. Fred never knew what he really wanted to be in life. As time passed him by, Fred started to understand his calling. Fred goals and passion for individuals with disabilities became his number one focus.
Since 2006, throughout his years of experience, Fred has enjoyed having a great reputation as an efficient person. Fred also have a knack for immediately establishing a great rapport with individuals with developmental and mental disabilities. Eight of Fred years were spent working in a Behavioral Medical Division with developmental disability individuals as a program supervisor.
Additionally, Fred is a team player as well. Under Fred leadership, it has been his pleasure to work on different projects. In these projects, his willingness to collaborate and adapt with others by listening and respectfully doing his assignments completely. In 2005, Fred graduated from Eustis High School with his diploma and his Culinary Arts Degree. In 2021, Fred graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Leadership.

November 2019, Fred received Best of Central, FL Award: Young Professional Business of the Year. April 2018, Fred received Trio Upward Bound & Talent Search Community Collaboration Award by Lake-Sumter State College.
January 2018, Fred was an Eagle Award finalist for Emerging Business Of The Year with African American Chamber of Commerce Central, FL.
June 2017 and 2022, Fred was listed in Lake/Sumter Style Magazine for Business Men of Style. Fred believe in what's right by treating everyone with dignity and respect. Fred also love to be in the presence of people witnessing a blessed smile!
